Pablo Toro was born in Santiago in 1983. He published the short-story collection Hombres maravillosos y vulnerables, winner of the Santiago Municipal Prize, and the novel Safari, named Best Literary Work by the Ministry of Cultures and a finalist for the 2023 Mario Vargas Llosa Novel Biennial. In July 2026 he published the thriller Diligencia. He has written scripts for the series Los 80, Bala loca and Cromosoma 21.
